Zendesk Sell has some fineprint that requires 30 days to cancel contracts. So what they do is email you after that 30 day window has expired to remind you of upcoming contract renewals. This practice, while it may generate revenue, is considered predatory by Scammer Ninja Admin and should be modified to include notice about upcoming renewals outside the 30 day cancellation period.
